It depends are what timeline we are talking here. Nightwing wouldn't be able to beat Batman if they were still both in peak condition. Dick Garyson is much younger than Batman though so as the years went on Nightwing would have a better chance.

If they are both at their best I don't think there is any way Nightwing can win. Bruce is a good teacher of martial arts I'm sure but it is likely things that he passed on from Masters that taught him. So with the benifite of first hand knowledge and more experience I think Batman would be the clear winner.
