Ok so I just sprayed this BIG spider(turned out she was pregnant) and she didn't die right away. Instead, she went under the couch. My dog, who was in bed half asleep, saw her before I did and chewed on it til it died. Can he get sick or die from bug spray off the spider???
Update:I never knew to use vinegar, thanks! I'll try it next time!
Update 3:And he didn't eat it. I don't know what he did but he just killed it, he didn't eat it.

I don't think that your dog will die. However using a bug spray when there are animals around is inadvisable, use vinegar instead. This does kill flies, perhaps I drown them and I could put water in the spray instead.
You might consider that anything that can kill a spider is not going to be safe for humans or pets.
I have always considered poisons and pesticides typically more harmful than the pest they are intended to rid.
For the small amount of poison that would be on the spider, not likely any harm will be done.
Some people poison their personal space by spraying every time they see a bug or spider.
I watched my mother suffer emphysema as a result of excessive exposure to pesticides, and I simply don't condone their use.
If you knew better or were familiar with spiders you could have just as easily ignored the spider.
None have ever done you any harm, and likely never will. If you think otherwise, your just another victim of hyperbole, urban myths, and horror stories.
Eating the spider isn't going to hurt the dog, but the bug spray could.
Most likely it will just give the dog a sore mouth.
Another time if it is not a truly massive spider or ultra-dangerous one simply place a big glass over it, slide some thick paper under it, tip the glass back up and put the spider outdoors.
Now you're able to desire to start over. You bleached each and all of the properties off Did you stick to the guidelines on the label? "It stated it became secure for toddlers and canines". meaning it quite is secure. You overdid it. No, merely initiate analyzing labels and end overreacting
These sprays can be extremely toxic. Take him to the vet. If not than ask your parents.
Sure he can. Especially if he is a 'pest'
hahaa.. I need to get out more....
