Ok so it was dark and i was driving home, making a right turn, and as I did, a cop was fallowing me and soon pulled me over. The cop had said she stopped me for making an "unsafe right turn" where they almost hit me from behind because of my slow speed. The truth is it would be more idiotic to drive fast at nighttime that is why I drove cautiously but then asked for all that drivers license, insure and registration. I was driving my friends moms car and we found everything but the insurance, the car was in fact insured though. But I now received a ticket of 880 for driving without proof of insurance 16028A. Can it be dismissed even if the insurance was not under my name but under the mom's, from who i had permission to drive? Where i can just present to the court or clerk that the car is insured?

The law requires you to be able to provide proof of insurance, at any time a police officer asks for it, when you're driving a vehicle.
You were ticketed because you were unable to provide proof of insurance, at the time you were asked to present it.
You can always go to Court. But, going to Court and showing proof of insurance after-the-fact doesn't change the fact that you were unable to provide proof of insurance when a police officer asked you to show it.
This is why people should not drive other people's vehicles, unless you first make sure you have the vehicle registration and proof of insurance inside the vehicle, and you know where it is.
You might want to get a printed copy of the driving laws for your state.
It varies from state to state but some require proof of insurance to be in the vehicle and presented when asked. There may be a difference in your state between driving with out insurance and driving without proof of insurance. You can always appear in court with your friends Mom and the paper work and present to the judge and ask for dismissal.
The person who owns the vechile will get a ticket..... You will get a ticket for not following rules of the road
yes, take it to the clerk of the court.
