Can I get a new phone from Sprint without having to pay (I have insurance)?
I lost my cell phone over the holiday. I am planning on running by the Sprint Store near my house tonight but I just wanted to know if I have to pay to get another phone. I have insurance and everything but no money to pay for a new phone. (Holidays drained me) I don't think they will make me pay but I am at work and can't call. I just want it confirmed. Please help. :0)

Insurance is a $50 deductible but they put it on your bill. The store cannot get you one. You have to call the insurance company direct and they will fed ex it to your house or office.
The store can sell you an old phone for cheap but that is cash, they will not put on your monthly bill.

yes the deductable is 50 bucks and they will mail you the new phone i had this issue a few days ago and i am still waiting on the phone lol

funny how someone pays for insurence yet they still have to fork over 50 bucks for a referbished phone just like the one you have
u have to pay the deductible with the insurance to get a new phone. i believe its $50
