We are going to the Costa Cancun on 11th April this year for 2 weeks and wondered if anyone had stayed there recently. I have just read some reports on Tripadvisor and it would appear that the hotel caters for American and Canadian people as they seem to love it there and get the best rooms, if the reports are to be believed. The bad reports seem to be from British holiday makers who again if the reports are believed are put in old smelly rooms and when they complain they are shipped out to the sister hotel. I am rather concerned now, maybe we should have booked the sister hotel in the first place. The pictures of American tourists seem to have the nice hotel rooms, where as Expedia have totally different pictures altogether. Can someone please give me an up to date honest account of this hotel.
