Barack Obama is half white raised by white people, so what are african americans big relation to him?
He has no slave heritage in his family. His dad cam from kenya on his own free will and was not shackeled like african americans here in the usa heritage. He didn't even know his dad. Raised by white people and his grandmother used the n word he says. Why are black people acting like they got their brother into office. The most qualified candidate won regardless of race and I can't stand the race issues being brought into it. I know am starting to think black people are more racist than white people after this election, just remember Barack is half white and raised by white people sooooo get over it

I deff dont understand all the race issues because he is HALF white and HALF black.... so technically he is whatever he chooses to be. by marrying a black woman i think he leans more toward the black race, but that's my opinion. this election was suppose to CHANGE america but all it's done is raise a HUGE race problem.... black people are acting superior to white people which is wrong because he is both and either way, american, i am not an obama supporter but he's our pres. now so u have to deal with it. it's politics you can't believe anything anyone says, and never will! no matter if obama says it himself, he could lie like everyone else!! so it's ur own opinion and blacks, whites, hispanic, mixed... we are all americans... so the color needs to stop... but he's WHITE and the "african americans" need to accept it just like the white people accept him as half black!

Point 2: the "relation" you're asking about is simply BLOOD and ROOTS. His mom ALWAYS taught him to be proud of his father, she tauıght him to be proud of his African roots, and you know why? Because she was an enlightened lady who could give her son strong values and who could teach him that souls have no color. Each of us is related to Obama because he's a righteous man who had a great upbringing and strong proud ties to his African roots. In the end, no matter if we're black or white: we ALL come from Africa.
Because he represents them, regardless of the facts. Because a racist wouldnt ask about Obama's background before making bigotry comments towards Obama.. so Obama himself has been dealing with negative racial issues towards himself. So he is seen as a rep. of minorities as well. He also connects with white americans as well, so he is attempting to be the bridge of understanding, and unity.
I think the same. Blacks in general are excited about a Black man in office for the first time, they forget he's half White and grew up with his White family. He didn't fit into the Black community like the ghettos, instead his wife is not ghetto or comes from the ghetto nor does her family and he seems to fit with them pretty well. If Obama didn't run for president, he'd be one of those Blacks that other blacks ridicule for being a Sell Out, because he makes something of himself.
Danny every white person isn't jealous of Obama being president. He is half White, and good for him. I'm half Black and I don't see him as a miracle to this country. No politician is.
