I'm not sure if this is the case with the ASVAB, but most tests that I've experienced can make special provisions for those with ADD and other learning disorders. Perhaps you can get more time to complete certain sections?

If not, just do your best to study in a way that best suits you. One of my best friends has ADHD and can't just sit there and study either; when he has to learn something quick, he usually makes flash cards and has one of his brothers or friends over to hang out and makes them use the flash cards to drill him on whatever it is he's studying. This makes studying much easier for him because it's fast-paced and social.

I have no idea what the asvab is but i have done standardized testing so I'll try and give you some tips.

Since the test is tomorrow just relax. Last minute cramming is not going to help; it just makes you more stressed out and makes you remember things that don't matter. This test is probably to show what you do know, so if you try and fake it with false crammed knowledge, it won't accurately show you how much you know.

I'd say just relax, if you want do a little study and then take continual breaks. If you want do something active in the break to burn some energy so you'll be more calm during study. Tomorrow before the test, you might want to talk to the test instructor and tell him you have ADD and so you need to take breaks throughout the test because you get restless. Hopefully he will understand. Otherwise, I'd say just try your best. Don't let it ruin your day.
