American Horror Story: Murder House: Real Estate Agnet?
The real estate agent, prior she sold the house to the homosexual couple and knew / thought one of them murdered the other and then killed himself.
So how is it that the real estate agent suggested / hired the deceased homosexual couple as "Fluffer's" to the new owners? Either she knows about all or most of the ghost trapped and or residing in the house (which if she does she doesn't show any signs that she does) OR......?
I know it is a trivial and stupid question, but it haunts me so.

She never hired any fluffers. The couple just showed up and Vivian thought they were the fluffers. When she calls them fluffers and says "this is what you do for a living, huh?" or something, Zachary Quinto's character tells her she's hilarious and previously mentioned that his boyfriend was an EMT. They never once said they were fluffers. Zach's character was just trying to make what he still thinks of as his house look nice, and eventually run the Harmons out. He's the one who tells Vivian to check her husband's cell phone records for calls to his mistress, too.
