Am i eligible for the georgia first offender act?
I have two felony charges, possession of tool, and something like property damage in 2006 in dekalb co. And in 2007 have two felony charges Burglary and obstruction in clayton co.
I went to court in dekalb and the charges was reduced to misdemeanors, criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct. Now i have to go to court in clayton and i was wondering if i am eliglble for first offenders?

You would not qualify for first offender because the State of Georgia considers both Felony and Misdemeanors when calculating offenses but that would not preclude you from probation unless you are still on probation from the previous offense.~
