Weight is a number. Do you look fat? Do you feel it?
Muscle is more then fat. Somone who is a body builder can weigh that much and be a healthy weight. I'm assuming that since you don't know this, that yeah you're overweight. Should probably only be 150-170. http://www.disabled-world.com/artman/publish/heigh...
