Because of Prime Material Dragons effect of any effect that would inflict a player they would gain the same amount instead. Would it work for Mausoleum which allows you to pay life points in replace for tributes? Ex: To summon a 7 star monster you pay 2000 life points, would you gain it instead because of Prime Material or no?

Paying life points / losing life points is exactly what it says to be.
Taking damage from a card effect is anything that says inflict damage or take/takes damage
Its very straight forward
inflict =/= pay
Prime Material Dragon will only reverse effect damage not costs, so if you pay life points prime has no affect on it.
Mausoleum isn't damage. It's a cost.
So it won't work with Prime Material Dragon. PMD only works with damage.
No, sorry. I tried to do the same thing. Since you are paying life points, it's not considered damage infliction. If you use the trap, Life-Absorbing Machine then you gain half the life points you paid last turn.
Think about what you just said: "Pay life points"; "inflict a player they would gain the same amount instead"
Pay =/= inflict
It is a cost. You have to pay it
High-quality deck. The only improvement i will make is that you simply incorporate an Armed Dragon Lv10. I will be able to appreciate when you cannot get one for some intent. If you can obtain it, go proper ahead. It's a nice card. Excellent distinctive potential additionally.
Dragon Mausoleum
No because you're not taking damage. You're paying a cost at will
