Okay.. So I bought this new Compaq desktop and I wanted a new computer to play World of Warcraft on..
It turns out that the video card in this new one isn't meant for gaming.
In my OLD computer, I had bought a Raedon HD gaming card for it.
I had asked my dad if I can swap them, but he said that it could void the 2 year warranty in the new desktop..
Could it?
Any suggestions?

I doesn't matter if the warranty will be voided, what your Dad thinks is the only thing that matters.
Check with the place where you bought the computer, they would know best and info from them is more likely to convince your dad than anything anyone writes here.
