Yeah its probably a good sign. There are lots of other signs like hair and breast development. You are really close you will probably get it around the same time your mother or grandmother got it. If you are worried, don't be because you still have a few years until it is considered unhealthy not to have it by then. If worse comes to worst you can talk to a doctor or OB/GYN and see if there is a problem. I also heard of someone who used Progesterone cream or something like that and it made their period come. Good luck I am with you and feel like it should be coming any day now. Everyone tells me to enjoy life without it. :)
