Go for protein instead of sugar to keep energy levels going strong as an alternative to crashing. Edamame in pods is the perfect snack since it takes some time to eat and a one-cup offering offers 12 grams of healthy proteins.
You don’t need to exercise for long periods of time. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results in case you work hard. Get a bypassing rope, skip for two minutes, do push ups for one minute, skip for two minutes, rest for one minute. Then change the push around something else like sit ups along with do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a quick, effective workout that will improve results than a long run or swim.
Sorry, I can't direct you to a particular site, but if you search forums for weight watchers, someone there might have the info. Personally, if I absolutely can't find the points, I use 2 points for every 75 calories (suggested by my nutritionist). It seems to work.
hey, have you tried the website? you can type in the amount of fat etcand the site will work it out 4 u. Also another option for you is to buy a points calculater from the meetings. Good luck!
If you got to www.dwlz.com she has a list of tons of food with point values. Also if you have the calories, fat & fiber you can go here http://mywebpages.comcast.net/kreider/Points.htm and it will calculate the points for you.
One piece of dark dove chocolate is 1 point and if you suck on it instead of chewing it...it last a lot longer and always satisfies my sweet tooth.

Main thing is not to waste points on things that are not filling to you. i.e. orange juice, soda, salad dressing, etc. Save them for the desserts.

If you want a piece of chocolate occassionally, just have it and don't worry about points. Just try to stay under your maximum points the next day.
