It's because your mind always has to hear something and when it doesn't, it sub-consciously searches through your memory to find a sound to make so you feel secure. If you have not herd any melodic sounds lately, you hear dead silence which is that really annoying ringing in your ear when it's quiet.
The mind is easily caught in these kind of silly circles. Like it gets so worked up over silly things, if you let it. That's why it's important to be aware of your heart as well, so you don't have to let the silly, easily-caught-up mind control you.
while i grew to become into in boot camp, we weren't allowed to speak on the meal table, yet there grew to become right into a guy that often sat for the time of from me. He made munching noises everytime I placed nutrition in my mouth. It grew to become into so not person-friendly to be quiet b/c he made me snicker somewhat not person-friendly.
