Whats the name of this movie about a mother who abuses her children?

When i was younger, saw this movie about two or three sisters that had flashbacks of the time when they were younger. Their mother murdered there little sister and I think drained her blood in the bath tub. I cant remember if they started to speak up after the mother died or before but i do know that they dug up a body. To view the autopsy report. This is an old movie I was around the age of 6 when i say it and that was 1999. Im trying to write an report on child abuse and thats the only movie i can think of. Please help out...
