The most common interview technique at the moment is called behavioral interviewing. This is questions that draw upon past experiences to determine how you will will perform in the future.
eg. tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer. How did you resolve this issue?
I've never personally had a Walmart job interview, but I would imagine the usual things. Job experience, skills, past employers, etc.
Also, at the Walmart near me, the interview is on a computer. I'm not sure if it is like that at all Walmarts, but if it is, then it saves on a bit of stress I would imagine.
