I believe in the mystical little creature that is my 5 months old son. A little tiny human growing up right before my eyes...that's very mystical and fantastic to me! :)
Well, there is legend of a creature called a Hodag that roams the swamps of Wisconsin. It supposedly has the head of a bull and the body of a large reptile and the legs of a man with long claws. I've seen old pictures of farmers holding pitch forks surrounding one (now, this is back in the day where you could not doctor pictures). There have been sightings in the area north of me. I've never seen one, but I don't have any reason to believe it may not exist.
I believe in Nessie, though I've never seen her. I always stop at the Loch side when I'm up that way, the place fascinates me. I also think Dragons did live many many moons ago, not necessarily in the shape that we know but something that the world wide cultures thought of as Dragons. I collect wee statues of Dragons, I have some beauties.
I believe in Gremlins because they hide stuff from me all the time! I put the something down, and then it disappears!
I have gone out and replaced the missing item, only to come home and there is the the missing one, right in front of my eyes. I do think the gremlins want to drive me insane! Or perhaps I am daft!
When I was a little girl, one of my Mom's Irish friends used to tell me story after story about Leprechauns and I used to sit wide eyes, mouth agape and listened to all of them and believed, and still do.
I read Bilbo Baggins and Lord of the Rings Trilogy, and saw the movies. What's not to believe.?
I believe with my heart; therefore there are fairies, unicorns, dragons, leprechauns, gnomes, mermaids, dragons and all the other wonderful creatures mentioned. Because they only stop existing, when I stop believing.
None, because there's no solid proof that those creatures exists or ever existed. but i do believe that some of these creatures might have evolved into something else, coz i think that most myths are based on facts.
i believe in the mystical creature of jesus who used to convince retards that he actually existed
no but in all seriousness i think dragons might have actually existed. They are probably a form of bird that evolved from dinosaurs and were eventually hunted down for humans. They probably fed off of the humans domesticated sheep and for that reason men thought it was necessary to go to there caves and kill them off.

I don't believe in any mystical or mythical creatures. I guess I am just cynical and jaded.
I believe in fairies, Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and Mother Nature because the memories from my childhood were happy ones.
