Is this a living law? Seems like once a law is passed by congress and goes to the President's desk and is signed... it is up to the judicial system if something in a law is questioned. When did the President of the United States become more powerful than the Judicial Branch of Government?

Am I missing something?

All sorts of modification to make up for his administration being incompetent. None will fix the many issues that this law has and will continue to exhibit. Simple!!!

There haven't been any major changes in the PPACA.
