I applied there and got accepted but decided on ECU instead.
WCU doesn't have the greatest rep in NC, but it's actually a really nice school. The students, at least the ones I know that went there, are typically middle class, friendly people. It's definitely a party school, but no more so than ECU or UNCW. As far as the town, I don't think there's much to do there, it's a pretty small town.
you do no longer considerable in anesthesiology. you need to first get your Bachelor degree, which takes 4 years. Then take the MCAT examination and word to scientific faculties. the place you would be for yet another 6+ years
