Okay i've been with Sprint and my contract is up in feb. this has been a stressful and ongoing crazy road and i'm almost done and find out i really dont have a legitimate contract that says i have to pay 200$ to cancel my contract or even that i signed up for a 2 year agreement. I have a pathetic piece of paper that has my signature on it that says nothing about a 2 year agreement and nothing about 200$ for canceling my plan or if you call it that. Please this question is for people who are not rude. thank you
the person who signed me up is no longer with the company, i guessing for good reason, and another thing is he forgot to make me sign something else. I've talked to them already and they gave me an 800 number to call and they dont do anything except for saying i'm sorry that happened but you still have to pay. i dont want to pay thats why i dont think it's fair since i didn't have a plan in the first place

Honestly I dont think you will win... I know for sure that all their contracts have a 2 year agreement... It doesn't seem worth all the trouble to sue
well it sound to me like you have a good case, since the paper you signed doesnt say anything about a contract, or the money..
im not a lawyer... you should be able to talk to a lawyer about it, and see if you actually could win or not... if you can for sure win, then why not sue?
when you bought the phone for the really cheap price you paid, it says that's the price with a minimum 2 year contract. and they run your credit to make sure u don't owe a deposit that they would refund at the end of that contract.
sue you shouldn't have to pay for a non existing contract
if the contract was never officially finished you are not obliged to pay any thing
