I personally rejected the California option, but, you know, you can always move somewhere else if it doesn't work out. If it seems like a risk worth taking, do it. Just be prepared to stand in line for U-Haul leaving CA.
I live here man...DON'T DO IT! I make $8 an hour (California's enforced minimum wage that's $3 above national law) and I still struggle. Put it to you this way, a CHEAP house in the Compton/South Central/Watts area will run you at least $300,000. Now you'll be able to pay off your 30 year loan if you don't get shanked while you get milk at the corner bodega. And Orange County? Forget it! It's reeeeeally expensive to live there. Besides, it's a terrible place to live; the people there are such uptight assholes! I lived there for 3 months and couldn't take it, those people just have their noses pointed so high. LA county may have higher crime rates and all but the people here are great.
Yes California is nice in many ways, but the nice places to live are too expensive to manage, and the economy there sucks now. I'd love to have a 2nd home in San Diego, but I seriously don't think I would ever consider it for real unless I were a millionaire.
In any case I wouldn't go there unless you have a job lined up.
at an identical time as 2 wrongs dont make a top, that often happens because of the fact they are able to grant it out yet no longer take it themselves. they gets over it. The Christian way could be to no longer bypass being abusive in speech or movements in simple terms because of the fact the different guy or woman is. in the event that they are lies in simple terms first ask the guy to provide up if no longer frequently the reality will come out besides.
Cali is no longer where it is at my friend. We have stanford professors! running to canada like wild fire, yes that how bad it got.
If your going to move anywhere, go where there are opportunities. The west like Utah or the south like Texas
where do you live at now?
i lived in cali for 19 years!
dont do it if you want to own a house or land,
cuz inless you have money its impossible to get qualified for one.
it is beautiful out there but has its disavantages also, like smog!
Yes it has the highest forclosure rate and highest prices in theecountry
