She's trying to lose weight really fast. Like 10 pounds a week. Is this even humanly possible without hurting herself. I think she's trying to be like me really. I exercise for nearly 4 hours a day and I am fit, but that is really only because I am training for pro wrestling. And I'm a man. She's only 15. She's 5'6 and weighs around 160 pounds. What should I do? Tell our mother and pray she won't get in too much trouble. That would result in her resenting me and not trusting me. I don't want that. Or should I try to be her coach and make sure she is eating properly? I don't even know if that much exercise will help her lose that much weight. Will it?

ooohh, how cute! You sound like a great brother...make sure she is drinking at least 2 liters of water every day, eating breakfast, and snacking on fruits and vegetables throughout the day. Exercise with her so she will see good habits and ways of working out, and then stick to it when she's older :) she will NOT lose 10 pounds every week, but she will lose weight as long as she eats healthy and is consistent with exercise...Good Luck
Maybe you should talk to her and make her understand that it might be harmful to her health and she could start gradually. If it doesn't work, check for sport diets, like few nights before every bike race, my dad eats spaghetti or bread or stuff like that and right before as well as during the race he eats sugary thingies... There are plenties of advice about sport diet on the internet. I personally don't think you should tell your mom, but if you believe she puts herself in danger then brat. Her resenting you > her being unhealthy. But don't worry tooooo much, keep an eye on her, cause if you can't talk her out of it then better help her do it right. Try to make her do it gradually. Of she starts dramatically losing weight and being unhealthy your mom will probably notice. If she doesn't you could take her to the doctor yourself. :)
