Reaction Equation Problem?

In this reaction problem: chlorine gas is bubbled into a cold, dilute solution of potassium hydroxide, I can see how the reactants would be Cl2 + KOH. But how do you figure out what the products are?

Update:

The products are KCL + KCLO + H2O but I don't know why...it's not double replacement, single replacement, etc.
