No, it sounds like a typical reaction to that incredibly terrible depo shot that is being promoted that is damaging so many women. For doctors to support and give this to women is an indication of their complete disregard for your health. I have not found one single doctor that even knows whats in that shot, not one. They are blindly giving this garbage to women on the advice of the drug company that makes it. Simply amazing; ONLY in America.

The manufacturers have NO conscience regarding the problems it is causing. Profit is their only motivation for giving this to you and all others, not your health. The statistics bear this out.

This is not a ?tion but a statement about the bad side effects of the Depo Shot!!!!!!?

I have been off of the depo shot for 8 years. After I first got off the shot about 2 or 3 months later my periods became unfrequent. I would have major cramping and sickness but no blood. Some times I would be 2 weeks late. Other times It could be a full 6 months late. For the last 2 years I have been tring to have a baby. For the last 2 months I have been discharging milk and having cramps so bad I loose my lunch. I would have a lot of pregnancy symptoms only to find out I was just late. I was having faulse pregnancies. The depo I took can take any where from 2 months to 10 years to leave your system till you can get pregnate. In extream cases it can also leave you unfertile. Not to scare you but I found out Im one of thoes extream cases. I was only on the shot for 1 year when I was 16 now Im 22. Because I took it at such a young age I doubt I will ever be able to have a child. If I ever do have a child it will be a miracle on my part. Dont let this happen to you or anyone you know. If you do have a child later and its a girl dont let her ruin her life. Keep her off of birth control. You have no idea how it feels to be so young and know you can never give your loved one the child they deserve. A child to carry on their name. To know you are the last of your line just beacuse the doctors and society told you to be safe and take the shot or pills. Anyone saing diffrent can go to kiss their own butts.

be careful with that thing... i did it once and never again.. my friend told me that she's been using the shot for a while and when she got off it to have a baby she just couldn't get pregnant even now and it's been years... i heard that after like the 9th shot that thing just starts to steralize you.

i had that injection and it caused my pcos to flare up and gain alot of weight i didnt have cysts until i had that that was my first shot too!

I was on depo provera for a year and I didn't get my period for two and a half years!! My doctor told me after a year that studies have shown that depo provera can cause osteoporosis. I went for a bone density scan and I had a very low bone density My doctor highly recommended I stopped using it. After I stopped using it I had hormonal and ovulation problems. I then went on the pill just to get my normal menstrual cycle back. I had unprotected sex while on depo provera and didn't get pregnant. However my friend who was also on it for a bout two year got pregnant twice!! In my experience I wish I never used it, but I think you should see your doctor... I just found a journal article too about its link to decreased bone density in adolescents.

First of all, you need to RUN not walk from the needle that has the depo provera in it. The shot is extremely dangerous to us women. FDA should be brought down for approving such a horrendous 'medication'.

IT IS ESTIMATED THAT ONLY 1% - 10% OF ALL DOCTORS REPORT A SEVERE HEALTH PROBLEM THAT OCCURS AFTER A DRUG OR VACCINE IS GIVEN TO A PATIENT. It is simply NOT in their best interest to do so.

Please understand that drug companies are profit driven, not health driven. Last year, the government paid out $1.5 BILLION dollars to victims of vaccination problems. Each vaccine a drug company, like Merck develops, they get a revenue stream of over $1 Billion dollars for it. Is it any wonder they have a huge incentive to convince you and others that it's a good thing?
