Watch TV. Go to the mall and people watch, some of them look quite hilarious. If all else fails, pull a prank on a store employee, film it, put it on Youtube.

well after you been to the mall go see a movie or watch a movie at home with some snacks do each other hair and make up, dance and sing to your favorite songs lol

Shopping malls would be my top suggestion, or you can try something more unique. Ice skating, movies, indoor bowling, skiing, indoor swimming, or perhaps an all-ages club where there's music and pool tables and such.
