so what are some natural ways of making the baby come a lil faster?

you should have her drink raspberry leaf tea or cinnamon tea, eat a lot of pineapple and take warm showers???

Well i was 3 days late, I tried everything from walking to orgasm to castor oil , warm baths nothing worked, I think the baby comes when they are ready, But truthfully i would not try the castor oil i had a bad experience with having the shits and horrible cramps.. Alot of people had the same while others had no efects its just my experience. Tell her to go for a long walk then take a almost hot bath and get a good rubdown from her partner, try that. Make sure shes relaxed!! Good Luck!
The most natural best way is SEX! I know it sounds weired but its true! Walking as well helps..ive also herd of drinking Red Raspberry Leaf Tea & Castor Oil but honestly i don't recommend the Castor Oil because it is herd that it can make the baby make ts first bowl movement inside the womb that can cause serious damage & or even death, butt hen again ive herd of people who used it & it working so really its your cousins decision! I would have her do research on it before just to give her her own piece of mind because who am i to tell you whats best for her? Or & ive also herd of nipple stimulation! Well good luck!
I'm also going with the walking thing. I was at the dr on a Monday and was 0 cm dialted. Monday afternoon my girlfriend and I took a walk in the woods. We just walked and walked and walked. I think we were gone alittle over 4 hours.
Not to mention, hubby and I had sex that night.
The next morning my water broke.
But I think it's kind-of the "it will happen, when it's meant to happen" theory. But walking and the sex thing have worked for some.
