I have the interview tomorrow, and was wondering what types of questions will they ask.. I'm a pretty funny and personable guy, but hate when interview people ask questions like "tell me a time when you were honorable" or soem crap like that. Are there a lot of questions like that?

-Tell me a time when you went out of your way to help a customer and how did it turn out?
-What do you think makes you a good fit with Nordstrom? or What can you bring to our company?
-Describe a time when a customer was upset with you or a coworker. How did you handle the situation
-And believe it or not when you tell a manager that you can work any schedule they believe it. So be honest about when you can work so there are no surprises.
-A definite at almost any interview is to stress that you are looking for a career not just a job and that you know that Nordstrom offers the opportunity for advancement. It shows that you have a plan and that you plan on having a good work ethic.
-If you are a student in a different field just stress that you would like to work there for as long a possible in order to demonstrate your work ethic to future employers.
As a retail manager I have hired people just for being honest with me about their education and goals. I respect that and if the person is lying at least I know that I hired someone intelligent enough to sweet talk angry customers.
