Heres the situation:

I got pulled over because my dad supposedly has a warrant for his arrest because he didnt go to court. He got a ticket because he had gotten his drivers license suspended and got caught driving with it suspended, the ticket had a court date and he didnt go to it. The thing is, dont they take away your license if its suspended? My dad still has his license and has not gotten a ticket or stopped at all. Is their a confusion? What should we do? Any information would help... No smartass comments.
