Caffeine is a natural appetitie suppressant... just don't overdo it! If you drink coffee and tea it could help some - just make sure you aren't adding cream or sugar because they are very high in fat and calories. Make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day, as being a little dehydrated could make you feel hungry even thought your body isn't. Most importantly of all - FIBER, FIBER, FIBER! Fiber is not only an EXTREMELY important nutritional need, but it digests slowly and leaves you feeling fuller longer. It really has little to do with how much you eat, but what you are eating, and you can incorporate many of your favorite junk foods into your diet as long as you do it in moderation and think eating healthy as opposed to eating light. Hoodia seems to be the best appetite suppressant, it is apparently used by tribes who are rummored to chew the leaves of the Hoodia plant to starve off hunger pangs whilst out on long hunts.
