so like a few minutes ago I was about to putting on some lotion and my rabbit start nudging his chin or underneath his chin on my foot. what does that mean?
Is he bonking with his nose or using his chin to rub? If it's bonking, he's saying 'Hello!' or 'Hey, I want something to eat other than hay - treats or veggies, please.'
If it's chinning, he means 'You're one of my stuff.' A bunny chins something so that the something can have his/her scent, it's normal in all bunnies. :)

He is trying to get your attention to tell you something. He may want a treat, he may be hungry or thirsty, he might want scratched or picked up.

that's how they mark their property or teritorry.
after some many months, he should stop, he'd already gotten used to you
