My new iPod Nano Chromatic won't connect to the computer or itunes.
ive had the ipod since tuesday (30th Oct) and it has been connecting absolutly fine, but only today when it needed charging and had gone dead because of dead battery, it did not connect. Im not sure of what to do, I hope someone can help.
Thank you.

If the battery is REALLY dead, it may not detect in Windows or iTunes right away. I believe it would need to charge for a little bit while connected to the computer - then when there's enough juice in it, iTunes should see it.
If that doesn't do it, try a reset. Flip the Hold switch to on and then off. Then hold down the Menu and middle buttons until you see the Apple logo. Then release both. After it resets itself (you won't lost anything) try connecting again.
try resetting it press menu and the center buttons at the same time until the apple appears
