Manic:

1. I feel extremely hyper and energetic.

2. I do weird things when i'm hyper such as bark at people or annoy people and really weird not ordinary stuff...

3. I feel confident.

4. I feel well I don't know if i can say happy but carefree as if nothing is wrong i guess that's happy.

5. I laugh at everything that normally I wouldn't find amusing like silly words...

6. I get angry really easy and I lose the head at someone which sometimes could involve me trying to hit them but i don't think of the consequences.

7. I get irritated easily and have no patience and shout at people.

8. I see things in a new light like a pencil it suddenly is a drumstick etc...

9. I have no concentration I feel jittery and I want to laugh and get up and run around and annoy people.

10. I talk really fast and I could be talking about one thing and all of a sudden I'm telling another story which leads into another etc...

Depressed.

1. I feel empty and hopeless.

2. I cant smile and I feel like ill never be happy.

3. I have no energy whatsoever.

4. I eat too much and sometimes too little.

5. I stop socializing and lose interests in things i once enjoyed and people.

6. I get headaches a lot.

7. I don't sleep at night for a few hours and wake in the night occasionally too.

8. I feel guilty like people would have a better life if i wasn't here.

9. I get paranoid that people hate me and want to just disappear.

10. I get the urge to cut myself and feel pain but i never do.

Both phases could last a few hours to a few days but I could have a normal few days between each or they could just jump into each-other like a roller-coaster constant up and down.

I am female, thirteen.

Its gone past hormones by now in my opinion, could it be Bi Polar ? Depression ? Weirdness ?:L

I am talking to a school psychologist tomorrow.
