hey. I am extremely self conscious because of love handles and with the summer coming up what am i gonna do? Did anyone actually experience the success of getting rid of them? If so, tell me how you did it. I plan to drink a lot of water and just cut down on eating. As well i plan to exercise every day cuz i can run close to 3 miles if i try hard enough. Is this enough? Please..any tips would be greatly appreciated. I need all the help i can get. -J

i'm actually working on the same thing.
i haven't seen much results yet, but cutting down on fatty foods (soda especially) also helps. running will be really good because it will reduce overall body fat.
