im fat but not really fat (obesity), i feel that my rib is big and i wonder if it would change when im exercising and dieting.also i want to ask is it possible for fat people to become slim with exercise and diet?

Wait you are asking? How do people lose weight then? It is not all liposuction you know.And if you can feel your ribs then they are big,if not then you are fat.Simple.
When you lose weight you also lose mass in your internal organs so your rib cage might become a bit smaller. I had to get unhealthily skinny for that to happen though and I have a big rib cage too.
You will become slimmer if you lose weight but your overall distribution will stay the same. Toning and growing new muscles will help alot though!

Yes always. Just figure out how many calories you eat each day and start reducing it 50 to 100 calories a day till you are losing weight. Exercise will always help if done properly because as you get your musclea stronger your muscles eat away at the fat (for energy).
