Is it possible to cure paranoia?
I'm 16 years old I'm not sure if I have paranoia all I know is that I quit smoking weed like 3 weeks ago & now I'm feeling worried & scared for no reason, this been going for four days. Will these feelings go away & if I do have paranoia can it be cured? I'm not going to smoke anymore I just want to know if this can stop

Weed can trigger paranoia in susceptible people. However more likely the weed was calming your anxiety down and now you are dealing with that without it. If it doesn't get better a therapist using cogntive behavoural therapy can help you learn how to deal with it.
Don't quit doing things. Do them even if you are scared, otherwise the anxiety will likely get worse. Avoidance actually increases anxiety not decreases it.
Stop telling your self you have this. There is nothing to worry about and you just need to man the **** up a bit and learn how to tame your brain with emotions
