For some reason, I have a tendency to attach randomly to song names or TV episode titles I've heard. I'm a writer Sometimes these titles inspire me to write something on my own that fits them. For instance, I love the name of "Strangeness and Charm" by Florence +the Machine, the title of "The Hollow Men" from Dollhouse, or the title of "The Day We Died" from Fringe.

Would using them, if for a work of fiction completely unrelated to the original, be in violation of copy right?
