Middle school is a strange and mysterious kingdom, Just kidding. Middle schools is just like elementary but bigger with more homework. For what to wear just wear what you like. Make sure you don't wear too little though. You can also look at teen magazines to keep up with the trends. There's no certain clique you should be in. Just hang out with people you know are your real friends. It's not always "all that" being with the "popular" clique. Every middle school has then and most of the time all they do is back stab each other and dress like sluts. I'm defiantly not saying all of they are like that though. Sometimes the popular people are just the generally nice and social people. If its in that case join that clique. Or even better, hang out with all kinds of cliques. If your just going into 6th grade I personally don't think you should wear makeup but if you really want to don't wear a lot. Maybe a little lip gloss or blush here and there. Around teachers just be yourself, say hello around school so they can get familiar with you. Don't act obnoxious and don't try to be the teachers pet because they are often annoying to the teacher and the other students. Hang out with your friends at the mall, one of their houses (or your own), the movies, the beach (if its not too cold), Starbucks, Jamba juice, pretty much anywhere you want. Best movies with friends, there will always be new movies to see, but with friends go for the horror or comedies. It's always fun to laugh or scream your heads off with friends. With boys...ooh lala xD haha don't see chick flicks because it usually gets awkward in the middle of the movie when certain parts happen. See comedies with them or whatever looks good. As to having a relationship with a boy. I still think your too young. But if you really like a boy make sure its like not lust. And don't say yes to any guy that asks you out make sure they're nice and really cares about you. If you care enough about him you'll be able to figure that out. Never say yes to a guy you don't like because even if it's ok in the beginning the end is still going to hurt a lot. Please after the first day of your relationship don't go around saying "oh my gosh i love ____ so much bla bla blaa" that is really annoying and usually that early in the relationship it isn't really love. But yeah in middle school it's kind of starting over and making new friends. So just be yourself and let people come to know the real you.

aww stop stressing...6th grade really isn't different than any other grade. i'm going into 8th, and i know how you're feeling, b/c i felt the same way. the best thing to do (and this is alot easier said than done...i know) is be yourself, and don't be so desperate for friends taht you will be friends with ANYONE. find people you really like, because so much of how good middle school is depends on your friends. make sure that they are true, and that they are alwayz reliable. you'll find your way by the end of the first month. as for teh movies and stuff, it depends on the guy and what kind of movies friends like. juno was good (but its prob. not a great movie to see w/ a guy ur first time out, idk though thats personal preference. sure, u can wear makeup, but not a lot. it's really ur choice--seriously, if u want to, then wear makeup. but dont overdo it. dress like the person u r. if it makes u feel comfortable, start out with somethign passable (like jeans) and then see what everyone else wears, and gradually adjust to your personal style. but don't plan your life, its not gonna help. just go with teh flow and ENJOY sixth grade...k?

Be VERY nice to your teachers (Then you have an advantage because the teachers like you and will go easy on you)

See really funny movies with friends( if you have permission PG 13 is really good! Your friends will think your mature

Let the boys pick the movie(hope it's funny and make sure that you act like you like the movie even though it might not be)

Only have a bf if you and your parents think you are ready

Wear what your normal everyday clothes are. Don't over do it like a wedding dress or something. Do NOT put any makeup on. It means you are really desperate to fit in and get attention. Well at leat wear lipgloss and a little eyeshadow. To find a click just go with the flow. To act around teaches is just to act like a nice person. It might be hard to look them in the eye but you'll get used to it. I don't think you need a boyfriend yet. You probably don't know anybody yet. Wait until next year. When you get used to the envoirment a little. Best movies to see with friends are comedys

Wear the clothes that the models are wearing in the popular teen magazines, like Flare or 17 or Mademoiselle or Miss Chatelaine.

Be with the clique that you feel most comfortable in.

Wear mascara and lip gloss.

Teachers are role models. Treat them always with respect. Also treat them as human beings. Ask how their weekend was sometimes, or compliment them on a particular pretty colour or outfit or bag. Use your best English and manners around them. Teachers have power over you. Act accordingly.

I think, do not have a serious boyfriend. You are too young. Make friends with lots of people, boys and girls. Do not be pressured into anything serious or heavy.

Remain pure and chaste until your wedding day.

Enjoy Grade 6. It is a lot of fun. Just always be clean, dress tastefully but in style, treat teachers as human beings with power over you, wear just a bit of makeup, hang with friends you feel comfy with.

What i did was try to be friends with everyone and not be in clicks and I had a very good middle school experience.

Try to get along with your teachers you end up getting to do whatever you want then because they trust you.

And honestly boyfriends are pointless in middle school..... They can't drive anyways so it's not like you can actually, date.. you can just hang out at you house with your parents...

So don't look for a boyfriend but if you do like a guy who likes you back then try it!

Makeup: only if you need it.. maybe a little eyeliner or mascara.

Behavior: Unless your very confident in yourself.. dont raise your hand to answer questions.. but its really all up to you.

Places to hang out with friends: the mall; the movies; ect; each others houses

Friend movies: funny ones

Boyfriend Movies: Scary ones.. that way you can be close to him when your scared ; )

Boyfriend: yeah.. its good to have companionship.. but remember just to have fun; your still really young.

You should wear jeans and cute tee-shirts/polos. Don't try to look "sexy" you'll look like a dork. Try Aeropostle...that's where I shopped...or TJ Maxx, and try to get cute stuff there. Cliques are important, even if you want to be yourself. Shoot for the popular kids, artsy kids or Smart kids. Nothing lower. You should try to join as many clubs, or sports teams as you want. You should try to do a sport and like yearbook or something. You should wear a little bit of blush, a thin line of eyeliner, sparkly silver eyeshadow, and baby pink lipgloss...but ask somebody older to put it on you so it's not too much. Around teachers, try not to talk too much or get caught passing notes/chewing gum. Try hard to get good grades, because the "cool/popular" kids do get good grades. You should hang out at the ice rink, Movies, Mall, Bowling ally, Music shop, Park, Your house/ Friends houses. Movies to see with friends would be like girly, hearthrob romances or romantic comedies. Movies to see with boys? Horror. You don't need a boyfriend this early on at all. But if you like somebody a lot, have confidence and go for it. Try to be a girly-girl, who thinks that they're on top of the world, trust me this point in your life, it's important. Try to have fun! :]

Don't get into clicks. It doesn't help, and it only leads to trouble. Wear something appropriate. You're too young to have a boy friend (arn't we all?) Act yourself around teachers because they want to know the real you, but still try to get good grades because that deterrmines what classes you will have in highschool.
