You have to pay whatever the agreement specified. Any payments in arrears have to be paid. A court would probably add interest and penalties, plus court costs and legal fees. You could easily wind up paying 10 times the arrears. Best to get them paid before the court becomes involved.

Yep, you have to pay.... You should also check and make sure that if the child goes to college, that you don't have to continue paying.....
