No denomination here but I agree with the mission of Progressive Christianity for the most part:
» To reach out to those for whom organized religion has proved ineffectual, irrelevant, or repressive, as well as to those who have given up on or are unacquainted with it.
» To uphold evangelism as an agent of justice and peace.
» To give a strong voice both in the churches and the public arena to the advocates of progressive Christianity .
» To support those who embrace the search, not certainty.
I happen to attend a Baptist Church, but, I don't consider myself as belonging to a certain 'religion'. Being religious is not the answer.
Where I attend, speaking for myself ( I'm nobody's judge), I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, born of the virgin Mary. He is God in the flesh, come in human form to be our Savior & Redeemer by dying on the cross, taking on Himself the sins of the world. He rose on the third day, ascended into heaven. He is putting off His return for His family of believers so that even more could be saved. If you confess your sins to Him & ask Him to be your Savior, He will do just that, and when He does come back, you will be included in those who ascend into heaven to spend eternity with Him. In a nutshell, that's what I believe, and I think of myself as a Christian first, who happens to go to a Baptist Church.

The purpose of all religions has been and is the same.
1. To acquire moral virtues and to put them to the service of mankind and the advancement of civilization.
2. To unite the hearts of all men.
However the message they bring is forgotten or becomes insufficient as time passes, because of the advancement of our civilization.
( Modern man for example can not accept beliefs that are contrary to science and reason. )
I belong to the Catholic Church. The Nicene Creed states the basic tenets of our faith.
We believe in one God,
the Father, the Almighty,
of all that is, seen and unseen.
We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ,
the only Son of God,
eternally begotten of the Father,
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made,
of one Being with the Father.
Through him all things were made.
For us and for our salvation
he came down from heaven:
by the power of the Holy Spirit
he became incarnate from the Virgin Mary,
and was made man.
For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate;
he suffered death and was buried.
On the third day he rose again
in accordance with the Scriptures;
he ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead,
and his kingdom will have no end.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father and the Son.
With the Father and the Son he is worshiped and glorified.
He has spoken through the Prophets.
We believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church.
We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
We look for the resurrection of the dead,
and the life of the world to come.
Amen.
