4.0 g H2 x (1 mole H2 / 2.02 g H2) = 2.0 moles H2
16.0 g O2 x (1 mole O2 / 32.0 g O2) = 0.50 moles O2
0.50 moles of O2 will react with twice as much H2 (1.0 moles) to form 1.0 moles of H2O.
At the end of the reaction there will be 1.0 mole of leftover H2 and 1.0 mole of H2O that was formed. All the O2 is used up.
