At first it was just a little spot iternally cracked I guess you can say , but then I pressed on it now my whole screens ruined . the screen is ruined! it needs to be replaced. the other guy is right about the service charges...you can google your model and find a screen and have one of your techie friends replace it (if you know anyone) or can get a regular standalone monitor and just use that if you dont move your laptop often.
