1)where do your lips go? i mean i just have to press mine against his..right? yeah, pretty much,if he sucks on your bottom lip , you suck on his top, or the other way around.

2)i have braces..wouldn't it be awkward? nahhhh

3)we both have to tilt our heads? you dont have to , but it helps.

4)what if he stops and i continue kissing? you wont, trust me. you'd realize.

5) how will i know when to stop?you just know.

Awww I remember before I had my first kiss all those thoughts and questions ran through my mind but honestly it just happens naturally. Look into his eyes then down at his lips and back to his eyes. This is the universal hint to kissing that you will notice in movies and real life people do before they kiss. Then you stand close or get close so your not reaching your neck out awkwardly and slowly lean in, with your head tilted in the opposite direction that he is tilting his head and part your lips slightly, (make sure they are moist but not wet and that you have fresh breath), and gently press your lips to his. After a second or two (don't count lol just when it feels right) pull away and smile. That is your standard peck, a typical first kiss. (Having braces shouldn't affect this type of kiss at all) Oh and yes there may be a kiss noise when you pull away but don't laugh or be embarrassed cuz it happens naturally and it's nothing to be ashamed of.

If you wanna kiss more, say, you both loved it and you want more then go in for the kiss again and this time move your lips kind of kissing his top and bottom lip, it's hard to explain, it's called open mouth kissing. Perhaps practise on your hand in private I know it's weird but you will know what it feels like. I'm not sure how braces will affect that just be gentle. Always smile and look into his eyes after you kiss so he knows you enjoyed it.

My first kiss I was very nervous and I knew it was going to happen, we sort of planned it yet it was still unexpected because he just went in and kissed me and it was sort of a short open mouth kiss and i loved it. I felt on top of the world after. I was about 13 (turning 14) and he was my first boyfriend (now ex) and we were together for 3 years. Honestly it will come naturally. I was soo completely nervous! like you but once my first kissed me it turned so damn magical like a never ending, he had braces it wasn't a problem at all. After our first kiss we couldn't stop. He kind of taught me.

Once that boy kisses you you'll know what to do! Just whatever you do be calm like you've kissed a billion times, don't move your head all crazy like your desperate, the tounge thing? It's like playing thumb war. Spell your name or something.

And if it doesn't feel right it could be him! My third kisser was horrible! He went way to fast like he wanted to eat my face, that was the only turn off but otherwise i sort of loved him.
