How to fix my sleep schedule?

I need help with my sleep schedule because as soon as I get home from school (which is around 6PM) I collapse and fall asleep and sometimes I don't wake up till 2AM- which leaves me with 4 hours till school starts and it's starting to become a problem since it's not enough time for me to complete my homework.

Also, it's not like I haven't tried to stay awake, but I literally am doing homework once I get home and sometimes i fall asleep on my desk (and alarm clocks don't help me sometimes)... I feel like I'm a lost cause. PLEASE HELP ME (:

**btw I have no idea why i'm so tired when i get home, well I do stay at school for 11 hours which is pretty long, and I'm not sure if being introverted plays a part in me being exhausted since it just takes up so much energy to spend that many hours surrounded by people

Update:

During the fall I did crosscountry but as of right now I am volunteering after school (for winter).
