How long would you be in jail if you deal drugs AND assaulted someone at the same time?
My dad was dealing drugs and someone didn't pay him enough so he beat him up and then the police came. How long is he gonna be in jail for? He doesn't want to tell me
Update:I forgot, we live in orange county and he's been in jail since november so idk if its 30 days

Depends on what county you live at.... in the state of Colordo you'll just spend a night at jail but you have to appear to court alsi if you dont calm down they can hold you there till trial.. so really depends on what county/state you live at

i would guess maybe 2 years it really depends..somewhere around that time is what im thinking but like i said it depends
