First off, connect the ARDS and the computer using the cable that came with the ARDS.
Then, be sure to have the ARDS inserted in the DS, and have it powered on. Leave it on the main screen.
Go to your computer and open up the code manager. The DS should automatically connect with the computer by saying something like "Listing Contents". A list should come up on the left of the Code Manager listing all the games.
On the right side should be the game and codes you want to add. Drag the game over to the left column into the ARDS. If it is a game already on the ARDS, the one you are dragging should have all the old codes, plus the new ones you are trying to add. If that is true, click yes to overwrite the old file.
From here, you can exit out of the Code Manager and unplug the cables.
