i'm a 21 year old female i eat right i take daily vitamins and i run and ride a bike EVERYDAY!!! but i dot lose weight...why is this? i don't eat junk food if i want a snack usually i eat a apple. i'm not over weight i just don't look the way i would like to look. i've been doing this for about 2 months...whats going on?

As a first point, if you are eating right, then there is absolutely no need to take daily vitamins. You would just be feeding your body more than they need, which can sometimes be a bad thing!
Secondly, you say that you are not overweight. In which case, perhaps your body has stabilised at a weight that it wants to be. Going beyond this could prove unwise and detrimental to your health.
As long as you are fit, are eating a balanced diet, and a good BMI (20-25), then you really should worry.
Lastly, switching to any fad diet in an attempt to force your body to shed weight is a medical risk, and you should speak to a doctor before you even consider it.
Well, just look in the mirror.

If you run and bike everyday, you've probably gained quite a bit of muscle, and muscle is heavier than fat.
So though you've been burning fat and being healthy, your muscle might be making the difference on the scale.

You should ask about a thyroid test or something like that. There is a number of reasons that there is someone that cannot lose weight.
