Okay I'm 15 i play alot of sports , currently playing golf & i run alot. It's golf season & for a few days now i have been having chest pain. It feels SORE. When i push it hurts a little more. I'm playing golf right now & sometimes i overdue it but i dont know if it's that. Sometimes I'll feel a thump in my back like from my muscle or something & sometimes in the front too. I also have a burning sensation. When i eat and ifeel the food passing down it hurts. Almost like its sore or strained. I dont know. Theres no bruise although i do have one a little to the left of my left breast. Could that be a pinched nerve from golf? My left arm was hurting a couple of days ago but in assuming that is from the pinched nerve if it is one. We've also been working on volleyball in athletics which is totally seperate from my golf & they make us do alot of arm workouts and spiking so idk if thats plays a part in this. Ive been putting my body under alot lately, trying to balance two sports at the same time & the more i get closer to districts the more i overdue it. :/ i hate being competetive.. anyways thank you for reading. Im very paranoid so yeah:/
Update:Oh i forgot, the pain is not bad at all. It just feels like pressure. Sometimes when i breathe my chest hurts. It feels like a sore muscle. When i stretch it hurts & i also have NO heart disease history in my family so .. hopefully god forbid its anything like that..

The pain in the chest is most probably due to your chest muscels. You are playing a lot of sports why don't you give it a rest for a few days. They body needs recovery time and if it does not get it there can be all kinds of symptoms..
