Giving blood for the first time?
I'm giving blood for the first time tomorrow, I've been drinking plenty of water like I was told, and to eat a good breakfast tomorrow morning.
In really scared and nervous, I'm scared of needles but in gonna do it anyway, and when i get nervous I get jittery and laugh alot, Is there any way to get over this? Can someoneme?
Do people usually faint? I know like three people did last year... I don't wanna faint!!

It's no big deal really I donate blood all the time, you just have to try your best and relax, tell yourself it will be over in a jiffy and your blood will be going to help someone in need. Usually people do not faint, if you feel faint at all after donating make sure you eat and relax for at lease 15 min before going home. I'm sure it will all go well just try not to look at the needles, you can tell the person helping you to tell you when to look away. best wishes!
