General requirements for an electrical inspector?
Iam doing the 2391 exam in may, and one of the questions on my past paper is ( what are the three general requirements for the person carrying out the test and inspection of an installation). Does anyone know the answer to this please?

You should be thorough with the Electricity Rules & Regulations in force in that state or country. For example, if you are in India, you should thoroughly know the Indian Electricity Rules, 1956, Indian Electricity Act, 2006 and prefarably all relevant BIS Standards.
It all depends where you are located. It all depends upon local rules and regulations as governed by the relevant national electrical code, see the example below:
